Cancellation Terms:

If you cancel your booking with less than 7 days’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.
This is because your cancellation prevents another client, potentially in urgent need of help, from receiving that support.
We cannot guarantee to re-fill the slot on short notice, which causes a loss of income and denies another dog the opportunity for behaviour improvement.

By booking with Canine Coach, you agree to this policy. This is in line with UK consumer law, as the service involves bespoke scheduling and preparation.
